Teachers bring creativity, enthusiasm, and interaction to their classrooms. They implement curriculum in a manner consistent with the mission statement of Village Academy and foster independent thinking skills, creative problem solving, and abstract reasoning. They develop with parents and students a cooperative partnership based on empathy, mutual respect and objectivity, and facilitate the resolution of problems that might arise with students and parents.
